So much fun whitewater rafting on the Rio Grande!
“We had such a great time on the Racecourse! Our guide Billy made sure we were all safe and prepared for every twist and turn. Our family of 5 (2 50ish adults) and 3 young adult “kids” – all had an amazing time! We parked our car and rode the van to the put-in spot about 7 miles upriver. Everyone got suited up with life jackets and helmets, we had a safety briefing, then we were off. We got some practice on the flat water before hitting any rapids. We all got soaked, and the water was very cold, but we warmed up quickly in the New Mexico sun. We stopped for a quick photo opportunity and a restroom break (porta-potty) then back on the river through more rapids to the put-out where our car was parked. They provided a nice snack – water, sodas, chips and salsa. Overall, it was a safe, fun and amazing experience.

Wonderful experience!!
“What a great day!! Weather was glorious, We were partners in going down the river with instructions given by Billy and it was so much fun!! He also gave us little lectures on the history along the river…so much to see if you know where to look!! Highly recommend Kokopelli Rafting Adventures. We were so well cared for and given a great experience.”

Fantastic Guide!
“Billy was our guide for this family trip, and he was fantastic! We have a little experience with paddles and rivers, but we learned so much from Billys experience and coaching that not only made it fun but we have a better understanding of the way the rafts react under certain conditions in the Rocky waters. And after all the years of kayaking rivers never have we seen a Bobcat, untill today! You read right, a Bobcat strolling along the cliff’s AMAZING!!! Thank you Billy and Kokopelli Rafting Adventures for a experience my kids and I will Never forget.”

5-Star Rafting Trip!
“Had the privilege of being part of a company-sponsored award trip that chose to raft the Rio Grande with Kokopelli Rafting. We had an amazing time. Billy took care of guiding us down the river while telling us all about the history of the area. Made those of us who had rafted before feel valued and those whose first time it was feel super safe. Can’t wait to do it again, just trying to find a time to come back this summer with the family and friends.”

Class 3 Rafting on the Rio Grande!
“Fun, Fun, Fun!! What a great way to meet up with people that you haven’t seen in years. Our guide, Billy, kept us informed about the history of our surroundings and taught us how to handle a raft in Class 3 waters. I’m so glad I did this river adventure!”
